You send us the packing list. We take it from there and report back at every handover, so you always know where the cargo sits.

Our Dongguan team collects from one supplier or twenty, checks carton counts against the packing list, and consolidates into a single shipment.
Chinese export declaration, bill of lading or air waybill, and cargo insurance if you want it. You get the sailing or flight details the day it leaves.
ISF filing, entry summary and duty payment handled by our licensed US brokerage partners. Under DDP terms, the duty invoice never reaches you.

Ocean freight runs 16–20 days to the US West Coast and 28–38 days to East and Gulf Coast ports, port to port. Add roughly 3–7 days for pickup, customs clearance and final-mile delivery. Air freight is 5–9 days door to door.
DDP stands for Delivered Duty Paid. We pay the freight, export and import clearance, US duties, tariffs and merchandise processing fees, then deliver to your address. You receive one invoice before the goods move and nothing further afterwards.
Yes. We collect from your supplier anywhere in mainland China or Hong Kong and deliver to your US warehouse, 3PL or Amazon FBA facility. You do not need a customs broker, a freight bond or a trucking contract of your own.
FCL means you book a whole container — 20ft, 40ft or 40ft high cube — and it is the cheaper option once you fill roughly 15 cubic metres. LCL means your cargo shares a container with other shippers, which suits smaller orders but adds a few days for deconsolidation at destination.
Ocean rates move weekly with carrier capacity, fuel and season, and duty depends entirely on your HS code and country of origin. Rather than publish a number that is wrong by next month, we quote your exact commodity, volume and destination within 24 business hours.
We regularly clear through Los Angeles, Long Beach, Seattle, Tacoma, Oakland, Houston, Savannah, Charleston, New York and Newark, then truck or rail to any address in the lower 48 states. Air freight clears at LAX, ORD, JFK, DFW and ATL.
Yes. ISF filing, entry summary, duty and tariff payment are handled by our licensed US brokerage partners and are included in DDP quotes. We also check HS classification and country-of-origin marking before the cargo leaves China, which is where most delays actually start.
Yes. We handle FNSKU labelling, carton and pallet prep to Amazon specification, delivery appointment booking and the FBA reference numbers. We can also split one shipment across several fulfilment centres.
Insurance is optional and quoted separately so you can decide per shipment. All-risk marine and air cover is typically a small percentage of the commercial invoice value and is arranged before the container is sealed.
